Return policy for individual issues is a refund in full if returned unused and unopened condition within 30 (thirty) days of the original transaction date. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For original payments made by check, we will mail you the refund by check. Our current subscription system is designed as a payment for two printed issues – the current issue and the upcoming issue. Subscriptions may be cancelled with a full refund as long as the first (current) issue has not been shipped. After that, partial refunds are not provided for subscriptions. We will supply the second issue, after which the subscription is deemed expired. To cancel your subscription, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you believe the magazine was damaged in transit, contact us at: email@example.com, so that we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the original transaction date. Damaged goods that were shipped by KADS NY/CPMag will be replaced at the expense of KADS NY/CPMag. If for any reason a magazine ordered was not received, contact us at your earliest convenience at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to track the item and make sure you receive it.
